عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہم سے روایت ہے کہ وہ وتر کی تینوں رکعتوں میں «سبح اسم ربك الأعلى»، «قل يا أيها الكافرون» اور «قل هو اللہ أحد» پڑھتے۔
