Sunan Ibn Majah - Le Divorce
Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : "Le divorce d’une femme esclave est de deux fois, et sa période d’attente est de deux cycles menstruels
حدثنا محمد بن طريف، وابراهيم بن سعيد الجوهري، قالا حدثنا عمر بن شبيب المسلي، عن عبد الله بن عيسى، عن عطية، عن ابن عمر، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " طلاق الامة اثنتان وعدتها حيضتان
