Rapporté par Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri : Le Messager d’Allah a dit : « Il n’y a pas de sadaqa pour moins de cinq chameaux, ni pour quatre. Si le nombre de chameaux atteint cinq, alors il faut donner un mouton, jusqu’à neuf. Si le nombre atteint dix, alors il faut donner deux moutons, jusqu’à quatorze. Si le nombre atteint quinze, alors il faut donner trois moutons, jusqu’à dix-neuf. Si le nombre atteint vingt, alors il faut donner quatre moutons, jusqu’à vingt-quatre. Si le nombre atteint vingt-cinq, alors il faut donner une Bint Makhad (une chamelle d’un an), jusqu’à trente-cinq ; s’il n’y a pas de Bint Makhad, alors un Bin Labun (un chameau mâle de deux ans). S’il y a plus de chameaux, alors une Bint Labun (une chamelle de deux ans) jusqu’à quarante-cinq. S’il y a plus de chameaux, alors une Hiqqah (une chamelle de trois ans) jusqu’à soixante. S’il y a plus de chameaux, alors une Jadha’ah (une chamelle de cinq ans) jusqu’à soixante-quinze. S’il y a plus de chameaux, alors deux Bint Labun jusqu’à quatre-vingt-dix. S’il y a plus de chameaux, alors deux Hiqqah jusqu’à cent vingt. Puis, pour chaque cinquante, une Hiqqah, et pour chaque quarante, une Bint Labun. »

حدثنا محمد بن عقيل بن خويلد النيسابوري، حدثنا حفص بن عبد الله السلمي، حدثنا ابراهيم بن طهمان، عن عمرو بن يحيى بن عمارة، عن ابيه، عن ابي سعيد الخدري، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " ليس فيما دون خمس من الابل صدقة وليس في الاربع شىء فاذا بلغت خمسا ففيها شاة الى ان تبلغ تسعا فاذا بلغت عشرا ففيها شاتان الى ان تبلغ اربع عشرة فاذا بلغت خمس عشرة ففيها ثلاث شياه الى ان تبلغ تسع عشرة فاذا بلغت عشرين ففيها اربع شياه الى ان تبلغ اربعا وعشرين فاذا بلغت خمسا وعشرين ففيها بنت مخاض الى خمس وثلاثين فاذا لم تكن بنت مخاض فابن لبون ذكر فان زادت بعيرا ففيها بنت لبون الى ان تبلغ خمسا واربعين فان زادت بعيرا ففيها حقة الى ان تبلغ ستين فان زادت بعيرا ففيها جذعة الى ان تبلغ خمسا وسبعين فان زادت بعيرا ففيها بنتا لبون الى ان تبلغ تسعين فان زادت بعيرا ففيها حقتان الى ان تبلغ عشرين وماية ثم في كل خمسين حقة وفي كل اربعين بنت لبون
