Rapporté par Abu Hazim : Je suis allé voir Khabbab qui avait sept traces de cautérisation sur le ventre, et il a dit : « Si le Messager d’Allah ﷺ ne nous avait pas interdit de demander la mort, je l’aurais fait. »
