Sunan Ibn Majah - Supplication
It was narrated from 'Aishah that:whenever the Prophet (saas) went to bed, he would blow into his hands, recite Al-Mu'awwidhatain, then wipe his hands over his body
حدثنا ابو بكر، حدثنا يونس بن محمد، وسعيد بن شرحبيل، انبانا الليث بن سعد، عن عقيل، عن ابن شهاب، ان عروة بن الزبير، اخبره عن عايشة، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان اذا اخذ مضجعه نفث في يديه وقرا بالمعوذتين ومسح بهما جسده
