It was narrated that Abu Taiyah said:"I heard Anas Bin Malik say: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to mix with us so much that he said to a little brother of mine: "O Abu `Umair, what happened to the Nughair (one of the narrators Waki` said that it means a bird that he used to play with)

حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا وكيع، عن شعبة، عن ابي التياح، قال سمعت انس بن مالك، يقول كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يخالطنا حتى يقول لاخ لي صغير " يا ابا عمير ما فعل النغير " . قال وكيع يعني طيرا كان يلعب به
