Sunan Ibn Majah - Striving in the Cause of Allah
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) saw a woman who had been killed on the road, and he forbade killing women and children
حدثنا يحيى بن حكيم، حدثنا عثمان بن عمر، انبانا مالك بن انس، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم راى امراة مقتولة في بعض الطريق فنهى عن قتل النساء والصبيان
