Sunan Ibn Majah - Striving in the Cause of Allah
It was narrated that Lahi’ah bin ‘Uqbah said:“I heard Abul-Ward, the Companion of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), say: ‘Beware of the troop which, when it meets (the enemy) it flees, and when it takes spoils of war, it steals from it.’”
حدثنا ابو بكر بن ابي شيبة، حدثنا زيد بن الحباب، عن ابن لهيعة، اخبرني يزيد بن ابي حبيب، عن لهيعة بن عقبة، قال سمعت ابا الورد، صاحب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول اياكم والسرية التي ان لقيت فرت وان غنمت غلت
