Sunan Ibn Majah - Striving in the Cause of Allah
It was narrated that ‘Uqbah bin ‘Amir Al-Juhani said:“I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) reciting on the pulpit: ‘And make ready against them all you can of power.’[8:60] (And saying that) three times – ‘Power means shooting.”
