Sunan Ibn Majah - Legal Punishments
It was narrated from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah that his father said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent me to a man who had married his father's wife after he died, to strike his neck (execute him) and confiscate his wealth.”
حدثنا محمد بن عبد الرحمن ابن اخي الحسين الجعفي، حدثنا يوسف بن منازل التيمي، حدثنا عبد الله بن ادريس، عن خالد بن ابي كريمة، عن معاوية بن قرة، عن ابيه، قال بعثني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الى رجل تزوج امراة ابيه ان اضرب عنقه واصفي ماله
