It was narrated that 'Abdullah said:“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no judge who judges between the people but on the Day of Resurrection an angel will come and take hold of the back of his head towards the sky and if it said: “Throw him, “he will throw into an abyss the depth of forty autumns (years).' ”

حدثنا ابو بكر بن خلاد الباهلي، حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد القطان، حدثنا مجالد، عن عامر، عن مسروق، عن عبد الله، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " ما من حاكم يحكم بين الناس الا جاء يوم القيامة وملك اخذ بقفاه ثم يرفع راسه الى السماء فان قال القه القاه في مهواة اربعين خريفا
