Sunan Ibn Majah - Business Transactions
It was narrated from Abu Barzah Al-Aslami that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:”The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted
حدثنا احمد بن عبدة، واحمد بن المقدام، قالا حدثنا حماد بن زيد، عن جميل بن مرة، عن ابي الوضيء، عن ابي برزة الاسلمي، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا
