It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Ja’far said:“When news of the death of Ja’far was brought, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Prepare food for the family of Ja’far, for there has come to them that which is keeping them busy or something which is keeping them busy.”

حدثنا هشام بن عمار، ومحمد بن الصباح، قالا حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة، عن جعفر بن خالد، عن ابيه، عن عبد الله بن جعفر، قال لما جاء نعى جعفر قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " اصنعوا لال جعفر طعاما. فقد اتاهم ما يشغلهم او امر يشغلهم
