It was narrated from ‘Amir that Qais bin Sa’d said:“There is nothing that happened during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) except that I have seen it, except for one thing, which is that Taqlis* was performed for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on the Day of Fitr. (Three other chains of narration) with similar wording. *Taqlis means to indulge in celebrations on a festive occasion
