Sunan Ibn Majah - Establishing the Prayer and the Sunnah Regarding them
It was narrated that ‘Umar said:“The prayer while traveling is two Rak’ah, and Friday is two Rak’ah, and ‘Eid is two Rak’ah. They are complete and are not shortened, as told by Muhammad (ﷺ).”
حدثنا ابو بكر بن ابي شيبة، حدثنا شريك، عن زبيد، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي ليلى، عن عمر، قال صلاة السفر ركعتان والجمعة ركعتان والعيد ركعتان تمام غير قصر على لسان محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم
