Sunan Ibn Majah - Purification and its Sunnah
It was narrated from Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib that:The Messenger of Allah performed ablution and he wiped his head and his ears, inside and out
حدثنا هشام بن عمار، حدثنا الوليد، حدثنا حريز بن عثمان، عن عبد الرحمن بن ميسرة، عن المقدام بن معديكرب، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم توضا فمسح براسه واذنيه ظاهرهما وباطنهما
