Sunan Ibn Majah - Purification and its Sunnah
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:The Messenger of Allah wiped his ears, putting his forefingers in his ears and wiping the back of them with his thumbs, so he wiped them inside and out
حدثنا ابو بكر بن ابي شيبة، حدثنا عبد الله بن ادريس، عن ابن عجلان، عن زيد بن اسلم، عن عطاء بن يسار، عن ابن عباس، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مسح اذنيه داخلهما بالسبابتين وخالف ابهاميه الى ظاهر اذنيه فمسح ظاهرهما وباطنهما
