Aqqar bin Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah narrated from his father who said that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said:"Whoever seeks treatment by cauterization, or with Ruqyah, then he has absolved himself of At-Tawakkul (reliance upon Allah)
