Sunan an-Nasa'i - Drinks
It was narrated that 'Abdul-Malik bin Tufail Al-Jazari said:"Umar bin 'Abdul-'Aziz wrote to us (saying): 'Do not drink At-Tila' (thickened grape juice) until two-third of it are gone and one-third remains, and every intoxicant is unlawful
