Sunan an-Nasa'i - Cutting off the Hand of the Thief
It was narrated from 'Aishah, from the Prophet:"The hand of the thief is to be cut off for one-quarter of a Dinar or more
اخبرني يزيد بن محمد بن فضيل، قال انبانا مسلم بن ابراهيم، قال حدثنا ابان، قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد، عن عمرة، عن عايشة، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " تقطع يد السارق في ربع دينار فصاعدا
