It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said:"The hand of the thief is to be cut off for one-quarter of a Dinar or more
اخبرنا اسحاق بن ابراهيم، قال انبانا عبد الرزاق، عن معمر، عن الزهري، عن عمرة، عن عايشة، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " تقطع يد السارق في ربع دينار فصاعدا
