It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said:"The hand of the thief is to be cut off for a quarter of a Dinar, or more
قال الحارث بن مسكين قراءة عليه وانا اسمع، عن ابن وهب، عن يونس، عن ابن شهاب، عن عروة، وعمرة، عن عايشة، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " تقطع يد السارق في ربع دينار فصاعدا
