Sunan an-Nasa'i - Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said:"Whoever looks into a house without the permission of the occupants and they put out his eye, he has no right to blood money or retaliation
اخبرنا محمد بن المثنى، قال حدثنا معاذ بن هشام، قال حدثني ابي، عن قتادة، عن النضر بن انس، عن بشير بن نهيك، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " من اطلع في بيت قوم بغير اذنهم ففقيوا عينه فلا دية له ولا قصاص
