Sunan an-Nasa'i - Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money
It was narrated from 'Amr Bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The blood money for Ahl Adh-Dhimmah is half that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians
اخبرنا عمرو بن علي، قال حدثنا عبد الرحمن، عن محمد بن راشد، عن سليمان بن موسى، وذكر، كلمة معناها عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن ابيه، عن جده، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " عقل اهل الذمة نصف عقل المسلمين " . وهم اليهود والنصارى
