Sunan an-Nasa'i - Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money
It was narrated from Ya'la that:he hired a worker who fought with a man and bit his hand, and his from tooth fell out. So he referred the dispute to the Prophet who said: "Do you want to bite his hand as a stallion bites?
اخبرنا عبد الجبار، مرة اخرى عن سفيان، عن عمرو، عن عطاء، عن صفوان بن يعلى، عن يعلى، وابن، جريج عن عطاء، عن صفوان بن يعلى، عن يعلى، انه استاجر اجيرا فقاتل رجلا فعض يده فانتزعت ثنيته فخاصمه الى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال " ايدعها يقضمها كقضم الفحل
