Sunan an-Nasa'i - Oaths (qasamah), Retaliation and Blood Money
It was narrated from Samurah that the Prophet said:"Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever mutilates his slave, we will mutilate him
اخبرنا نصر بن علي، قال حدثنا خالد، قال حدثنا سعيد، عن قتادة، عن الحسن، عن سمرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " من قتل عبده قتلناه ومن جدع عبده جدعناه
