Sunan an-Nasa'i - Financial Transactions
It was narrated from Jabir that:the Prophet forbade Mukhabarah, Muzabanah and Muhaqalah, and selling fruits until they were fit to eat, except in the case f 'Aray
اخبرنا قتيبة، قال حدثنا المفضل، عن ابن جريج، عن عطاء، وابي الزبير، عن جابر، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن المخابرة والمزابنة والمحاقلة وبيع الثمر حتى يطعم الا العرايا
