He said: 'I saw Abdullah bin Abbas forbidding that, but you are telling us something different.' He said: 'We saw the Messenger of Allah enter Ihram for Hajj, then circumambulate the House then perform between As-Safa and Al-Marwah

اخبرنا عبدة بن عبد الله، قال حدثنا سويد، - وهو ابن عمرو الكلبي - عن زهير، قال حدثنا بيان، ان وبرة، حدثه قال سمعت عبد الله بن عمر، وساله، رجل اطوف بالبيت وقد احرمت بالحج قال وما يمنعك قال رايت عبد الله بن عباس ينهى عن ذلك وانت اعجب الينا منه . قال راينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم احرم بالحج فطاف بالبيت وسعى بين الصفا والمروة
