It was narrated that Qubaisah bin Mukhariq said:"I undertook a financial responsibility. [1] Then I came to the Prophet and asked him (for help) concerning that. He said: 'Asking (for money) is not permissible except for three: A man who undertakes a financial responsibility between people; he may ask for help with that until the matter is settled, then he should refrain (from asking)

اخبرنا يحيى بن حبيب بن عربي، عن حماد، عن هارون بن رياب، قال حدثني كنانة بن نعيم، ح واخبرنا علي بن حجر، - واللفظ له - قال حدثنا اسماعيل، عن ايوب، عن هارون، عن كنانة بن نعيم، عن قبيصة بن مخارق، قال تحملت حمالة فاتيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فسالته فيها فقال " ان المسالة لا تحل الا لثلاثة رجل تحمل بحمالة بين قوم فسال فيها حتى يوديها ثم يمسك
