It was narrated that 'Ali called for (water for) Wudu', then he rinsed his mouth and nose, and he sniffed up water and blew it out using his left hand. He did that three times, then he said:"This is how the Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) purified himself

اخبرنا موسى بن عبد الرحمن، قال حدثنا حسين بن علي، عن زايدة، قال حدثنا خالد بن علقمة، عن عبد خير، عن علي، انه دعا بوضوء فتمضمض واستنشق ونثر بيده اليسرى ففعل هذا ثلاثا ثم قال هذا طهور نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
