Sunan Abu Dawud - Model Behavior of the Prophet
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If the property of anyone is designed to be taken away without any right and he fights and is killed, he is a martyr
حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا يحيى، عن سفيان، قال حدثني عبد الله بن حسن، قال حدثني عمي، ابراهيم بن محمد بن طلحة عن عبد الله بن عمرو، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : " من اريد ماله بغير حق فقاتل فقتل فهو شهيد
