Sa’d said :The Prophet (May peace be upon him) distributed (spoils) among the people I said to him : Give so and so for he is a believer. He said : Or he is a Muslim. I give a man something while another man is dearer to me than him, fearing that he may fall into Hell on his face

حدثنا احمد بن حنبل، حدثنا عبد الرزاق، ح وحدثنا ابراهيم بن بشار، حدثنا سفيان، - المعنى - قالا حدثنا معمر، عن الزهري، عن عامر بن سعد، عن ابيه، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قسم بين الناس قسما فقلت اعط فلانا فانه مومن . قال " او مسلم اني لاعطي الرجل العطاء وغيره احب الى منه مخافة ان يكب على وجهه
