Sunan Abu Dawud - Types of Blood-Wit
Narrated Imran ibn Husayn: A servant of some poor people cut off the ear of the servant of some rich people. His people came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah! we are poor people. So he imposed no compensation on them
حدثنا احمد بن حنبل، حدثنا معاذ بن هشام، حدثني ابي، عن قتادة، عن ابي نضرة، عن عمران بن حصين، ان غلاما، لاناس فقراء قطع اذن غلام لاناس اغنياء فاتى اهله النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقالوا يا رسول الله انا اناس فقراء . فلم يجعل عليه شييا
