Sunan Abu Dawud - Oaths and Vows
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Abu Sa'id al-Ru'aini with the same chain as narrated by Yahya (b. Sa'id) and to the same effect
حدثنا مخلد بن خالد، حدثنا عبد الرزاق، حدثنا ابن جريج، قال كتب الى يحيى بن سعيد اخبرني عبيد الله بن زحر، مولى لبني ضمرة - وكان ايما رجل - ان ابا سعيد الرعيني اخبره باسناد يحيى ومعناه
