Sunan Abu Dawud - The Rites of Hajj
Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying There are five(creatures) the killing of which is lawful in the sacred territory. The Snake, the Scorpion, the Kite, the Rat and the biting Dog
حدثنا علي بن بحر، حدثنا حاتم بن اسماعيل، حدثني محمد بن عجلان، عن القعقاع بن حكيم، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي هريرة، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " خمس قتلهن حلال في الحرم الحية والعقرب والحداة والفارة والكلب العقور
