Sunan Abu Dawud - The Rites of Hajj
The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Aban bin ‘Uthman on the authority of ‘Uthman from the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) in a similar manner. This version adds “And he should not make a betrothal”
حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد، ان محمد بن جعفر، حدثهم حدثنا سعيد، عن مطر، ويعلى بن حكيم، عن نافع، عن نبيه بن وهب، عن ابان بن عثمان، عن عثمان، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذكر مثله زاد " ولا يخطب
