Narrated Wa'il ibn Hujr: I saw that the Prophet (ﷺ) placed his knees (on the ground) before placing his hands when he prostrated himself. And when he stood up, he raised his hands before his knees

حدثنا الحسن بن علي، وحسين بن عيسى، قالا حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، اخبرنا شريك، عن عاصم بن كليب، عن ابيه، عن وايل بن حجر، قال رايت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اذا سجد وضع ركبتيه قبل يديه واذا نهض رفع يديه قبل ركبتيه
