Sahih Muslim - Virtue, Enjoining Good Manners, and Joining of the Ties of Kinship
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying that he saw a person enjoying himself in Paradise because of the tree that he cut from the path which was a source of inconvenience to the people
حدثناه ابو بكر بن ابي شيبة، حدثنا عبيد الله، حدثنا شيبان، عن الاعمش، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال " لقد رايت رجلا يتقلب في الجنة في شجرة قطعها من ظهر الطريق كانت توذي الناس
