Abdullah reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) commanded a Muhrim (one who is in the state of pilgrimage) to kill the snake at Mina
وحدثنا ابو كريب، حدثنا حفص، - يعني ابن غياث - حدثنا الاعمش، عن ابراهيم، عن الاسود، عن عبد الله، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم امر محرما بقتل حية بمنى
