Abu Qatada, on the authority of his father, reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said this:Do not prepare Nabidh by mixing nearly ripe dates and fresh dates together, and do not prepare Nabidh by mixing grapes and dates together, but prepare Nabidh from each (one of them) separately

حدثنا يحيى بن ايوب، حدثنا ابن علية، اخبرنا هشام الدستوايي، عن يحيى بن، ابي كثير عن عبد الله بن ابي قتادة، عن ابيه، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " لا تنتبذوا الزهو والرطب جميعا ولا تنتبذوا الزبيب والتمر جميعا وانتبذوا كل واحد منهما على حدته
