Sahih Muslim - Hunting, Slaughter, and what may be Eaten
Abu Tha'laba reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited (the eating) of the flesh of domestic asses
وحدثنا الحسن بن علي الحلواني، وعبد بن حميد، كلاهما عن يعقوب بن ابراهيم، بن سعد حدثنا ابي، عن صالح، عن ابن شهاب، ان ابا ادريس، اخبره ان ابا ثعلبة قال حرم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لحوم الحمر الاهلية
