A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said:Three are the decions (of the Shari'ah that we have come to know) through Barira. The people gave her sadaqa and she offered us as gift. We made a mention of it to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), whereupon he said: It is a sadaqa for her and a gift for you; so eat it

حدثنا زهير بن حرب، وابو كريب قالا حدثنا ابو معاوية، حدثنا هشام بن عروة، عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم، عن ابيه، عن عايشة، - رضى الله عنها - قالت كانت في بريرة ثلاث قضيات كان الناس يتصدقون عليها وتهدي لنا فذكرت ذلك للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال " هو عليها صدقة ولكم هدية فكلوه
