Narrated Hisham's father from Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba: 'Umar consulted the companions about the case of a woman's abortion (caused by somebody else). Al-Mughira said: The Prophet (ﷺ) gave the verdict that a male or female slave should be given (as a Diya). Then Muhammad bin Maslama testified that he had witnessed the Prophet (ﷺ) giving such a verdict

حدثنا موسى بن اسماعيل، حدثنا وهيب، حدثنا هشام، عن ابيه، عن المغيرة بن شعبة، عن عمر رضى الله عنه انه استشارهم في املاص المراة فقال المغيرة قضى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالغرة عبد او امة. فقال ايت من يشهد معك، فشهد محمد بن مسلمة انه شهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قضى به
