Sahih al-Bukhari - Military Expeditions
Narrated `Abdullah:The Prophet (ﷺ) gave (the land of) Khaibar to the Jews (of Khaibar) on condition that they would work on it and cultivate it and they would have half of its yield
حدثنا موسى بن اسماعيل، حدثنا جويرية، عن نافع، عن عبد الله رضى الله عنه قال اعطى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم خيبر اليهود ان يعملوها ويزرعوها، ولهم شطر ما يخرج منها
