Narrated Anas bin Malik:The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say, "O Allah! I seek refuge with You from helplessness, laziness, cowardice and feeble old age; I seek refuge with You from afflictions of life and death and seek refuge with You from the punishment in the grave

حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا معتمر، قال سمعت ابي قال، سمعت انس بن مالك رضى الله عنه قال كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول " اللهم اني اعوذ بك من العجز والكسل والجبن والهرم، واعوذ بك من فتنة المحيا والممات، واعوذ بك من عذاب القبر
