Sahih al-Bukhari - Sales and Trade
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruits till their benefit is evident. He forbade both the seller and the buyer (such sale)
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، اخبرنا مالك، عن نافع، عن عبد الله بن عمر رضى الله عنهما ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن بيع الثمار حتى يبدو صلاحها، نهى البايع والمبتاع
