Sahih al-Bukhari - Prayer at Night (Tahajjud)
Narrated Hudhaifa:Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) got up for Tahajjud prayer he used to clean his mouth (and teeth) with Siwak
حدثنا حفص بن عمر، قال حدثنا خالد بن عبد الله، عن حصين، عن ابي وايل، عن حذيفة رضى الله عنه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان اذا قام للتهجد من الليل يشوص فاه بالسواك
