حدثني مالك، عن نافع، ان عبدا، كان يقوم على رقيق الخمس وانه استكره جارية من ذلك الرقيق فوقع بها فجلده عمر بن الخطاب ونفاه ولم يجلد الوليدة لانه استكرهها
