وحدثني مالك، انه بلغه عن فضالة بن عبيد الانصاري، وكان، من اصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم انه سيل عن الرجل تكون عليه رقبة هل يجوز له ان يعتق ولد زنا قال نعم ذلك يجزي عنه
