وحدثني عن مالك، عن يحيى بن سعيد، ان رجلا، سال سعيد بن المسيب فقال اني اصلي في بيتي ثم اتي المسجد فاجد الامام يصلي افاصلي معه فقال سعيد نعم . فقال الرجل فايهما صلاتي فقال سعيد اوانت تجعلهما انما ذلك الى الله
